WHY WORK WITH SARAH?
During her graduate program, Sarah accrued nearly 500 client hours as a clinical intern at both the Lipscomb Family Therapy Center and the Tennessee Prison Outreach Ministry. Her therapeutic interventions are informed by attachment theory, which she models through safe presence and unconditional positive regard towards her clients. She practices an integrated and evidence-based approach to treatment that incorporates attachment needs, narrative techniques, Gottman Method, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family systems interventions.
