Nutrition and Lactation Counseling with Adults
Sessions With Grace:
Grace is a Registered Dietitian who specializes nutritional therapy for women. Grace helps women of all ages improve their physical and mental health with eating habits rooted in self-care and nourishment rather than deprivation.
Her nutrition counseling sessions create a judgment-free space where you can be your authentic self and feel supported as such.
Grace uses weight-neutral, Health at Every Size approach to nutrition therapy. That means that in her work with you, you holistically focus on ALL of the behaviors that help you feel healthier. She works from an Intuitive Eating standpoint with clients, which emphasizes a long-lasting, stress-free relationship with food.
Because we are all unique, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Grace’s approach is therefore highly individualized. In your work together, Grace takes into account your own history, preferences and values to determine how you can thrive.
Grace has extensive expertise working with clients through their parenthood journeys, including during preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding. She loves empowering moms and future-moms to nourish themselves and their little ones. She is also a lactation counselor who helps families with their breastfeeding challenges. Grace offers prenatal breastfeeding education as well as hands-on help once your little one is here
In addition, Grace also works with women on feeling more confidence and less stress when it comes to eating. She is here to help you feel strong and reclaim both the time and energy you may be spending worrying about food.
