Aaron’s approach to therapy is heavy on rapport building and unconditional positive regard. One of his favorite approaches to therapy is brainspotting. Brainspotting is shown to help people reprocess and reintegrate information in a new way, often faster than talk therapy. Aaron also loves using parts work to help externalize issues and approach them with a new perspective. Above all, he feels that creating a comfortable, non-judgemental space for others to share and process as one of the most important factors in his work with clients.
